Description
The Fierce Love Dance for women.
A gathering of women on an impossible quest; to recreate the lost language of collective dance, collective voice and wisdom. Inspired by tribal dances such as Haka and others, it is a self-choreographed tribute to the Goddess through your Fierceness and Beauty-making. Just like the Men Fierce Dance, this is not a step by step learning of exotic routines rather a process to awaken the ancestral non-linear expression of the power and beauty of gender.
“Come forth sisters,
be heard like thunder,
be heard like a war cry
this is the dance for the exiled to come home.
This is the dance to claim your throne (from the invocation).”
In keeping with the paradox of this endeavor the dance is facilitated by a man; Andrea Villa.
